Dundgovi Province Museum
The Dundgovi Province Museum traces its origins to February 5, 1949, when the Provincial Executive Committee issued Resolution No. 38 to establish a "Local Studies Cabinet." In May 1949, the cabinet officially opened in a single room of the provincial club, featuring more than 20 exhibits, primarily consisting of local mineral samples. Today, the museum preserves and showcases the rich history, culture, ethnography, natural heritage, paleontology, and archaeological treasures of Dundgovi Province.
